Any Group of 20 or more: $350 per person

The Day Rate includes all panels, performances, and the meal function for that day (if there is space). The day rate does not include dance classes. Dance classes are reserved on a first come first served basis. However if there is space available you may purchase dance classes A La Cart.
Please note: When the awards luncheon sells out, the conference will still be available at the rate of:
$425 – IABD Members
$450 – Non-IABD Members
You will not be able to attend the awards luncheon under these circumstances, and this option is not available until the awards luncheon sells out.

Checks should be made payable to: Lula Washington Dance Theatre
We do not take personal checks. Please do not send cash in the mail. There are absolutely no refunds.
Payments can be made over the phone to Lula Washington Dance Theatre with ATM or Credit Card. Call (323) 292- 5852 and speak with Paula Rice or Roshada Baldwin on the LWDT front desk Monday through Friday 1pm-7 pm Pacific Standard Time.

$15 *Audition fee for IABD members & conference registrants
$20 *Audition fee for non-IABD members and non-conference registrants
*Audition Note:
There are two auditions at the IABD conference. The audition for scholarships and summer intensives will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011. The fee for this audition is $15 for IABD members and $20 for non-members. Each student must fill out the Scholarships and Summer Intensive Audition Form. Please specify which audition your are reserving a space for in the notes section of the form. All audition fees will be paid at the door (cash only).
The Dance Company and Apprentice auditions will be held Sunday, January 30, 2011. The fee for this audition is $15 for IABD members and $20 for non members. In order to audition, please complete the Audition Reservation Form. All audition fees will be paid at the door (cash only).
There is no a la cart rate for specific panels and workshops. You must purchase the Day Pass in order to attend panels or workshops.
